What delivery costs

spend ₹999 or more and delivery is on us and a flat ₹49 covers delivery on anything smaller.

Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge.

When it will arrive

orders are made ready within 1–2 business days ; after that the courier needs 3–9 business days, longer for remote pin codes.

The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST, and orders placed later go out the following working day.

Couriers give us these windows; they are not guarantees, and we would rather warn you about a delay than let a tracking page do it.

Where we ship

Our couriers cover India only, so we cannot accept overseas orders.

Coverage is wide but not total, and we refund straight away rather than let an order hang.

Tracking your parcel

You get a tracking link by email at the point of collection, though the first scan can be several hours later. Write to [email protected] or call +91 9098808277.

Damaged, wrong or undelivered parcels

We ask every customer to record the unboxing. Where an item is damaged, incorrect or short, send that video within 48 hours of delivery and we put it right at our expense.

If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete, or nobody was available after the courier’s attempts, the parcel returns to us . Give us a good address and we go again, with the flat fee applied once more.
