Belvera Boutique is an online retailer in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and our catalogue is jewellery & hair accessories, sold across India.
We buy stock from suppliers and sell it under our own name. We are not the manufacturer, and we are not an authorised dealer, distributor or agent for any brand.
Placing an order
An order becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay . Until dispatch we can still decline for out-of-stock items, mispriced listings or unverifiable details.
Where an order is declined after payment, we refund in full.
About our listings
Descriptions come from our suppliers and from inspecting the stock . Photography is of the real product; screen colour varies and measurements are approximate unless we say otherwise. Where a listing is materially wrong, return it under the return policy.
The goods themselves
Jewellery is sold as fashion jewellery with the materials described. Stones are simulated unless stated otherwise, plating wears with use and contact with perfume or water, and no item is sold as precious metal or a certified gemstone.
What things cost
We price in Indian Rupees and add delivery, visibly, at checkout — we may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. An obvious pricing error means we speak to you before we act on the order.

Our responsibility
Our responsibility is to supply what you ordered as described, together with the remedies in our shipping, return and cancellation policies — so far as Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Other than as the law requires, no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose apply beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Law and jurisdiction
The applicable law is Indian: the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 all apply Any dispute is for the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
