Here is what we hold about you, and why — why we hold it, how long, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What is collected
- Your order history, kept so we can help with earlier purchases
- Standard technical information: IP address, device type, pages visited
- Name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so an order can reach you
Card and banking details are not part of this at all, because UPI authenticates in your own app and cash never touches our systems.
What it is used for
For getting orders out, answering queries, handling returns, and meeting our record-keeping obligations — we build no advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Who else sees it
Two sets of hands beyond ours: the courier, and the suppliers who host this site and carry our email — they act on our instructions and cannot use your details for their own ends. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.
Gift orders can be sent without an invoice in the parcel if you say so in the delivery note; the invoice then goes to your email instead.
How long data stays
Invoices and order records stay for the statutory period . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.
About cookies
Two kinds of cookie run here — functional ones for the basket, and basic page analytics — you can block them in your browser, though the basket and checkout will not work if you do.
Your rights
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) give you the right to see the personal data we hold, to have it corrected, and to have it erased where no law obliges us to keep it Route it through the Grievance Officer below and expect a reply within a reasonable period.

Keeping it safe
Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff . We would notify you and the regulator if a breach ever reached your data.

Where this notice changes, the new version appears here and takes effect from the date it is posted.
