Orders get placed by accident . What follows explains the window and the refund.

Before it leaves

There is no fee to cancel before dispatch, though the 3:00 PM IST cut-off is a hard edge.

After dispatch

Dispatch is the point of no return for a cancellation . Use the return policy instead — 10 days from delivery.

Reversal timing

Prepaid orders stopped before dispatch are refunded in 5 to 7 working days, in line with Reserve Bank of India guidance on reversals.

A cancelled cash-on-delivery order was never paid for, so no refund arises, and no fee is deducted for cancelling.

When we cancel

Now and then the cancellation is ours : damaged stock, an unreachable pin code, or an order we cannot verify. You get the reason and a full refund.

Sending a doubtful item to keep a sale is not how we work.
